1. Booking Cancellations

1.1 Tours and Activities:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled activity date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 10 and 5 days before the scheduled activity date will be eligible for a partial refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled activity date will be issued.

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 10 and 5 days before check-in will be eligible for a partial refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 3 days of check-in.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Online Bookings:

  • Online bookings will be refunded within 7 business days of the cancellation request.

2.2 Payment Methods:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please note that the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

3. Force Majeure

3.1 Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, Dreams Tour Makers reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings as deemed necessary.
